In short
We sell prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIM profiles. A profile can be installed once, on most plans the validity period starts when it first connects to a network, and the price you saw at checkout is the price you pay.
Who you are contracting with
Roamly is operated by [Company legal name], registered as [Company registration number] at [Registered address]. VAT: [VAT number, if registered].
You can reach us at support@kqord.com. Using this site means you accept these terms; if you do not, please do not buy from us.
What we sell
Prepaid mobile data plans, delivered as eSIM profiles that you install on a compatible, carrier-unlocked device. The plans are data-only: they do not include calls or SMS on our line, although calls and messages over apps work normally because those use data.
The underlying networks are operated by mobile carriers in each destination, not by us. Coverage, speed and network availability are theirs; what we are responsible for is delivering a working profile with the allowance you paid for.
Your device
It is your responsibility to check that your device supports eSIM and is not locked to a carrier before you buy. Our compatible devices page explains how to check in a few seconds, and we would rather answer a question beforehand than process a refund afterwards.
An eSIM profile can be downloaded once. If you delete it, reset your device, or install it on a device that then fails, the profile cannot be reissued — by us or by the network.
When your plan starts and ends
On most plans the validity period begins when the eSIM first connects to a mobile network, not when you buy or install it. Some plans begin on installation instead; each plan page states which rule applies before you buy.
A plan ends when its data allowance is used up or its validity period expires, whichever comes first. Unused data is not carried over and is not refundable. Where a plan supports top-ups, more data can be added while the plan is still valid.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged: it is fixed onto your order at that moment and cannot change afterwards, even if wholesale rates or exchange rates move.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. An order is only confirmed once payment is verified with the payment provider — a redirect back to our site is not by itself confirmation.
Fair use
Plans are for personal use while travelling. Reselling our eSIMs, using them for permanent connectivity in your home country, or using them for bulk machine traffic is not permitted, and the networks we buy from may suspend profiles that do.
Plans described as unlimited are subject to the fair use policy shown on the plan page, which typically means reduced speeds after a daily threshold rather than a cut-off.
When things go wrong
If an eSIM does not work, contact us. We will investigate with the network and, where the fault is ours or the network's, replace the plan or refund it.
We are not liable for indirect losses — a missed booking, a lost message, a business opportunity — arising from a network outage or a device that turns out to be incompatible. Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
